1:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. – Plant entries. Note that there will be no Saturday entries.

Registration information will be didstributed during the same time as entries.

9:00 to 10:00 a.m. – IAVS Executive Board Meeting

9:00 to noon – Judging of Show

10:30 to 11:30 a.m. – Video: Richard Follett’s Presentation of David Senk’s Exciting New African Violet Hybrids; first given at the 2008 National Convention. Location: Fairchild Room

Noon to 4:30 p.m. – Show open to the public

1:00 to 2:30 p.m. – Designer of the Decade, Designer's Challenge

2:30 to 3:30 p.m. – IAVS General Membership Meeting

6:00 to 9:00 p.m. – Awards and Dinner Banquet, location TBA

10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Show open to the public

4:30 p.m. – Show closes, breakdown of show
